Kristen understands that this day comes once in a lifetime and it’s important to feel and look your best. Over this 8 week program, Kristen will provide you with tips for incorporating a more mindful approach to eating, moving and living to give you results and a program that you can sustain for the rest of your life—effortlessly!
This 8 week program meets 3 hours each week and includes Kristen’s cookbook featuring over 100 healthy and delicious recipes, a 2-week meal plan, best exercises for a toned body, live calls when you need them, educational resources and, most importantly, a healthy banging body!
Program meets 3 hours each week and can be done in a live group setting or online.
