Oatmeal with Color

2 cups of organic rolled oats

1 package of frozen mixed berries, thawed

2 heeping tablespoons of Cinnamon Almond PB Love

1 tablespoon cacao nibs*

Fill a sauce pot up with 3 cups of water and bring to a boil over medium high heat.  Add in oats and lower heat to medium.  Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.  Cover with lid and turn off heat. Let sit for 5 minutes. Remove lid and stir in berries and PB Love Butter.

Add to a serving bowl and top with cacao nibs.

*Cacao nibs are the raw unprocessed form of dark chocolate.  They can be substituted for chocolate chips, added to smoothies and cereal and are high in the calming mineral magnesium.
