Of course, you are going to have days where you get home late from work starving and want to eat anything in sight. Make yourself a mineral water cocktail (mineral water with fresh lemon or lime) while you prepare a healthy and delicious meal in less than 20 minutes. We all need quick and healthy meals in our repertoire to make this lifestyle work. Remember that 20 minutes is about the time it would take you to go pick up fast food or order in. Don't eat for flavor and convenience. Take a little time to build your lifestyle and I promise it will all be worth it.

Plant Based Meals

Try making at least one night each week a meatless kind of night! Loading up on veggies, beans, and healthy grains can provide you a healthy dose of protein, fiber, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Plant based- eating is a great way to save on food costs and support the environment.

Simple Everyday Meals

When buying animal products, make sure to always choose organic to avoid hormones, antibiotics, and GMO feed. When it comes to seafood, wild caught is always best.
