Spice Up Boring Brussels

Spice up those boring Brussels Sprouts by making them your base for this delicious tasting salad.  Simply, shred them in a food processor and drizzle with your favorite dressing or this Tahini dressing from Target To Table.  Add 1 teaspoon of raw or organic honey for a touch of added sweetness.  Top with pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, dried cherries, diced red onion, and chopped avocado.
